I grew up making things.
As a kid I drew portraits of classmates, designed costumes, and performed on stage. That creative instinct eventually became a career, and that career has taken some genuinely unexpected turns.
I spent 7 years building Little Arrow, a product and lifestyle brand I took from a one-woman stationery studio to a community of 30K on instagram, 250+ retail stockists across the US, and national press coverage.
Designing the brand, the products, the website, and the customer journey gave me something most designers don't get: the experience of building a business around an audience and watching it respond in real time.

That background now informs my UX practice in ways I couldn't have planned.
At Autodesk, I focus on marketing experiences within autodesk.com, helping businesses discover and evaluate the right software through clear product storytelling, intuitive solution journeys, and funnel experiences optimized for conversion.
I thrive when I'm given a hard problem, the trust to solve it, and room to build something meaningful that lasts.

“I believe my purpose is to bring beautiful things into the world... whether that's a pixel-perfect digital experience, a thoughtfully designed interior, or a product that makes someone smile on an ordinary Tuesday. Beauty that finds people in their everyday life is the thread running through everything I do.”
- Brianna Jackson, Designer
I live in Eugene, Oregon with my husband and step-son.
On weekends you'll find us taking pride in home ownership - we LOVE a good house project. Since buying our place in 2021 we've remodeled the upstairs bathroom, replaced all of the upstairs carpet with wood plank, refurbished the staircase, wallpapered the downstairs powder room, added a fluted wood accent wall, and painted every room the perfect off-white (shout-out to Swiss Coffee at 75%).

The Cottonwood
Our biggest DIY project to date was designing and building a detached ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) from the ground up. Our corner lot in Eugene had the space for a one-bedroom cottage, and we knew early on that we wanted it to feel like a true retreat: private, thoughtfully designed, and completely separate from the main house.
My husband brought the build expertise: with a background in construction, he acted as General Contractor, doing much of the work himself and carefully selecting specialists for the rest. My role was the vision: space planning, interior design, material and finish selections, and making sure every detail told a cohesive story.
In honor of the cottonwood tree we removed to make space for it, we named it The Cottonwood. Interior design has always been a passion of mine, and this project let me flex that muscle fully by balancing warmth and function, choosing pieces that feel personal without being precious, and creating a space small enough to feel cozy yet spacious.
The Cottonwood now hosts family, friends, and guests through Airbnb, and the response has been everything we hoped for. It turns out applying a UX lens to a physical space by thinking about the guest journey, their first impression, and the small moments that make someone feel taken care of, translates beautifully.
When I'm not solving design problems for Autodesk or completing home projects, I'm usually dreaming up new businesses, creative endeavors, and fun ways to make money.
I love the excitement and spark a new idea brings, and the possibility of creating something extraordinary gets me up in the morning.
